<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging machine for preheating a packaging sheet without pressing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging machine (100) has at least one nozzle (19) opened toward a sheet opening edge on at least one of a pair of preheating members (11 and 12), and the opening edge is preheated by blowing heated gas to the opening edge of the sheet via the nozzle (19).
