PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel optically anisotropic laminate which exhibits reverse wavelength dispersion characteristics and enables uniform polarization conversion in a wide wavelength region, an optical film including the optically anisotropic laminate, and a method for producing the optical film.

SOLUTION: The optically anisotropic laminate includes a resin layer (A) containing a structural unit (a) having positive birefringence and having a group represented by -NH-CO- and a resin layer (B) containing a structural unit (b) having negative birefringence.
