PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing member joint structure for efficiently reinforcing by reducing the number of post-executed anchors. SOLUTION: The reinforcing member joint structure 1 joining an extension reinforcing member (an extension concrete column 10) to an existing structure skeleton (an existing column 2) includes anchors 20 driven into the joint surface of the existing structure skeleton to the extension reinforcing member, and shear resisting members 30 arranged to be locked to the anchors 20. The shear resisting members 30 are bonded to the existing structure skeleton. Each shear resisting member 30 is composed of a steel member and includes a plate-like joint part 31 joined to the surface 3 of the existing structure skeleton, and a shear key part (a rib 32) erected on the joint part 31.
