PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep developing quality for a long time by improving the fixing property of a toner, by improving charging stability hardly affected by an environmental difference, and by improving member contamination resistance. SOLUTION: The toner includes toner particles containing at least a binder resin, a colorant, a wax component, and a vinyl copolymer with a hydroxyl value of 3 to 70 mgKOH/g, and inorganic fine powder. The glass transition temperature (TgA) of the toner measured with a differential scanning calorimeter exists at least in a range of 40°C to 60°C, the glass transition temperature (TgB) of a cyclohexane insoluble content in a tetrahydrofuran soluble content of the toner exists at least in a range of 80°C to 120°C. The TgA and TgB establish a relation of 25°C≤TgB-TgA≤70°C. The surface of the inorganic fine powder is treated with a surface treating agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
