PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in conventional methods for manufacturing movers of linear motors, a corrosion-resistant film is formed on the outer surface of a moving element core, an insulating tape is stuck on the corrosion-resistant film, and a magnet wire is wound on the insulating tape, so that the productivity is degraded. SOLUTION: The moving element core 21 of the linear motor is subjected to sulfuric acid alumite treatment to form a sulfuric acid alumite film 25 on the outer surface of the moving element core 21.
