PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission efficiency of data communication under environment of radio communications. SOLUTION: When a payload to be transmitted arrives, a transmitter 1a divides the payload into a plurality of divided data by a fixed length. In this case, a frame is generated by adding an error checking code for checking the content of the divided data for the respective divided data and a consecutive number for specifying the divided data. A plurality of blocks which continue by consecutive numbers are connected, and then a frame is formed so as to be transmitted one by one to a receiver 1b. When a breakage block exists, the receiver 1b returns ACK for specifying retransmission of a breakage block to the transmitter 1a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
