<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce nanofibers in a stable quality in high production efficiency in a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A nanofiber production apparatus 100 for electrically drawing a raw material liquid 300 in a space to produce nanofibers 301 includes: a storage tank 110 for storing the raw material liquid 300, a wave-making device 120 for making waves in the stored raw material liquid 300, a supply electrode 130 which contacts with the raw material liquid 300 to supply an electric charge to the raw material liquid, a charged electrode 140 disposed at a position separated from the raw material liquid 300, and a charging power source 150 for applying a voltage to give a prescribed voltage between the supply electrode 130 and the charged electrode 140.
