<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking mechanism which enables automatic locking and unlocking by a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a plate-like member 2 is raised from the state of being brought down, an angle θ made between an axis line L<SB>1</SB>of a first arm 6 and an axis line L<SB>2</SB>of a second arm 7 increases. When the plate-like member 2 is put into a raised state, a stopper 20 stops the turning of the second arm 7 in the state of making the angle θ larger than 180°.
