<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eco-hat with a bag and a hat unified together, intended to carry an eco-friendly bag and walk by as many people as possible in consideration of the global environment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The eco-hat is such that, a cotton cloth is made into a bag form; a hat's head part is attached onto the lining bottom of the bag; a hat brim is attached onto the bag's port; the open fasteners are attached onto the head and the brim to make a hat form; and loops for fitting carrying strings on are fitted on both sides of the hat so that the carrying strings are covered on the open fasteners. The eco-hat is made housable with both the sides and the bottom of the bag are fitted with hooks so that the bag serving as the lining when the eco-hat takes a hat shape does not go beyond.
