<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition showing excellent flowability and a molded article of the same showing excellent appearance and impact resistance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains an ingredient (A), ingredient (B), and ingredient (C) as shown below. The ingredient (A): a polycarbonate-based resin, ingredient (B): polylactic acid resin, ingredient (C): graft copolymer including a polycarbonate-based resin segment (C1) and a vinyl-based polymer segment (C2) with a mass-average molecular weight of 10,000-300,000, comprising methyl methacrylate unit as a main ingredient, showing a multi-phase structure in which disperse phases formed of one-side segments are finely dispersed into a continuous phase formed of the other-side segment.
