<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an elevator door for stopping operation of the elevator door until a user removes a caught-in object, when the caught-in object is not removed, in succession to stopping of the elevator door, when detecting an overload when operating the elevator door. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This control device of the elevator door has a door opening-closing control means 30 for controlling an opening-closing speed or opening-closing torque when operating the elevator door 1, a door load detecting means 31 for detecting a door load when operating the elevator door 1, and an obstacle detecting means 35 for detecting an obstacle existing in the vicinity of the elevator door 1, and stops the operation of the elevator door 1 by the door opening-closing control means 30 when the door load detected by the door load detecting means 31 is a predetermined value or more, and continues operation stopping of the elevator door 1 until a control resuming signal is inputted to the door opening-closing control means 30 when the obstacle detecting means 35 detects the obstacle after stopping the operation of the elevator door 1.
