<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an assembly structure paper container easy to assemble, with its bottom surface being flattened enough to keep the container free from wobbling. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The assembly structure paper container 10 with its horizontal cross section being of rectangular form has a set of a first side plate 11 and second side plate mutually opposed to each other, and of a mutually opposite third side plate and fourth side plate 14, wherein a first flap 21 provided in succession to the lower side 11a of the first side plate 11 and a second flap 22 provided in succession to the lower side 12a of the second side 12a are respectively made to have an approximately trapezoidal shape with their heights being approximately equal to half of the length of the lower side 13a of the third side plate 13 (the lower side 14a of the fourth side plate 14), while overlapping sections 21b, 22b extending respectively from the positions of upper bottoms 21a, 22a are respectively folded into the reverse side of the other section. A third flap 23 provided in succession to the lower side 13a of the third side plate 13 and a fourth flap 24 provided in succession to the lower side 14a of the fourth side plate 14 are respectively made to form a trapezoidal shape with their heights being shorter than half of the length of the lower bottom of the first flap 21 (the second flap 22), while pasting sections 23c, 24c are provided in succession to one oblique sides 23b, 24b mutually positioned at opposite corners, to be respectively pasted onto the first flap 21 or the second flap 22 overlapped at overlapping sections 21b, 22b.
