<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for propelling without fuel, by using wave power in the water and on the water surface, in a moving engine in the ocean and rivers such as a ship. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A wall for arranging a double slit and a wall for arranging a single slit are oppositely connected by aligning the length direction of the slit. For simplification, here, the areas of the double slit and the single slit are equalized. When sinking a continuously provided system in the water, the diffraction effect of a wave incident from the double slit becomes stronger than the diffraction effect of a wave incident from the single slit. This means that the wave power incident from the double slit and emitting from the single slit without colliding with an inner wall is smaller than wave power incident from the signal slit and emitting from the double slit without colliding with the inner wall not once.
