<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain an occupant by a seat belt device even if a frontal impact and the like occurs in a vehicle, for example, in a state that a seat body faces outside or inside the vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A vehicular seat device 10 includes: a seat body 16, into which the seat belt device 14 is integrally assembled; a rotation supporting mechanism 22, which supports the seat body 16 rotatably to a vehicle body; a locking part 36 provided at the seat body 16 side; and a locking wall part 52 provided at the vehicle body side. On the locking wall part 52, a first locking hole 44, which is locked on the locking part 36 when the seat body 16 is in the front position, and a pair of second locking holes 46, 48, which are locked on the locking part 36 when the seat body 16 is in an outside turning position or an inside turning position, are formed. On the partition walls 50, 52 between the first locking hole 44 and each of the second locking holes 46, 48, hole-like rupture promoting parts 54 are formed at predetermined intervals in the rotating direction of the seat body 16.
