PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a game ball from being fraudulently put out by causing a malfunction of a put-out ball detection switch 21 using a special fraudulent tool. SOLUTION: In connection with the start of the put-out movement of a put-out device 73, the number of game balls detected by a chute ball exhaustion switch A74a, a chute ball exhaustion switch B74b, and a put-out ball detection switch 21 is counted, in connection with the end of the put-out movement of the put-out device 73, the sum total counted value of the number (a counted value) of the game balls detected by the chute ball exhaustion switch A74a and the chute ball exhaustion switch B74b and the number (a counted value) of the game balls detected by the put-out ball detection switch 21 are compared, and when both the counted values are not in agreement, an abnormal condition notifying means determines that an abnormal condition error occurs.
