The present invention relates to a multifunctional speaker that is able to provide vibration and sound functions simultaneously. The multifunctional speaker according to the invention comprises an inner frame, a primary suspension, an outer frame, and a secondary suspension. The inner frame supports a vibration plate to which a voice coil is attached. As the result of the difference between the rigidities of the inner and outer portions of the primary suspension, the inner portion to which a vibrator is attached enables the generation of vibrations and the outer portion is able to stabilize the vibrations of the vibrator. The outer frame supports the outer portion of the primary suspension and accepts the inner frame thereinside. As the inner frame is elastically coupled to the outer frame, the secondary suspension restrains the movement of the inner frame. When the vibrator is activated, the primary suspension prevents abnormal vibration and the secondary suspension restrains movement of the inner frame. Therefore, the invention enables dual stability in the operation in the speaker.
