BRUSHLESS MOTOR AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent terminals of electronic components on a printed circuit board from short-circuiting due to the adhesion of iron filings or the like in a brushless motor mounted on an image forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: One or more openings 19 are formed on a track of a magnet 12 provided in a rotor 11 of the printed circuit board 21 of the brushless motor 200. The iron filings 17 rotate and move on the track of the magnet 12 on the surface of the printed circuit board 21 with the rotation of the rotor 11. When reaching the openings 19, they are attracted to the magnet 12 through the openings 19.
