<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct variance on data line driving voltage by generating correction data on the basis of an actually measurement value, and to correct (eliminate) deviation in data line driving voltage between cascade-connected adjacent integrated circuit devices. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes a plurality of drivers having a correction circuit for correcting image data on the basis of correction data, a comparator 180a for comparing a driving voltage output from the driver LDRna of a correction target with a reference voltage, a correction data calculation part, a correction data memory, input/output interface parts 300a1 and 300b1, at least one of driving voltage output terminals TA1 and TA2, and a control unit 100a for controlling the calculation operation of the correction data or the operation of outputting a driving voltage from the driver of the correction target via at least one driving voltage output terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
