PHOTOSENSITIVE PASTE, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PLASMA DISPLAY MEMBER USING THE SAME, AND PLASMA DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive paste capable of uniformly dispersing metallic-oxide particles having a smaller average particle size than the wavelength of an ultraviolet, and achieving a compatibility between formability of a pattern of partitions and whitening of the partitions.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive paste includes an organic component containing an inorganic particle and a photosensitive organic component. The organic particles include a low melting-point glass powder, and the metallic-oxide particles with a median diameter of 0.003 to 0.05 μm through a dynamic light-scattering method. An acrylic copolymer with an alkoxysilane group at least in its side chain is contained in the organic component.
