<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve usability and achieve excellent design by providing an operation part for controlling heating power of a heating heater etc. on a user-friendly top face, drastically improving visibility by making each operation button itself emit light and informing a user by illuminating only operable button. <P>SOLUTION: On the back face of an operation region 41D provided before a top plate 41, light shielding electric conductor detection parts omitting each display and frame are applied.
