<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a drive output by stabilizing a gap between a stator and a mover which face each other in a dual excitation electrostatic motor driven by AC voltage or a pulse driven induction motor for driving the mover by generating an electrostatic force between the stator and the mover of an FPC film or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Stators 1<SB>1</SB>, 1<SB>2</SB>and movers 2<SB>1</SB>, 2<SB>2</SB>are stacked in a casing 3. Beads 4 (spacers) are disposed between the stators 1<SB>1</SB>, 1<SB>2</SB>and the movers 2<SB>1</SB>, 2<SB>2</SB>. The stators 1<SB>1</SB>, 1<SB>2</SB>are fixed to the casing 3 by a coupling fixing portion 1a. One ends of the movers 2<SB>1</SB>, 2<SB>2</SB>are coupled by a coupling fixing portion 2a. The output of a drive force is obtained from a transmission portion 2c of the coupling fixing portion 2a. A biasing member 6 of a nonwoven fabric in contact with an inner surface 3A of a top plate 3c of the casing 3 and the stator 1<SB>1</SB>is disposed. The stator 1<SB>1</SB>is pressed by elastic force of the biasing member 6, and the distance between the stators 1<SB>1</SB>, 1<SB>2</SB>and the movers 2<SB>1</SB>, 2<SB>2</SB>is regulated to the size each of the beads 4.
