<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double vane pump allowing easy switching. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The double vane pump includes a first and a second change-over valve 26A, 26B connected to a first and a second vane pump 101, 102 respectively, and changing-over between supplying of working fluid delivered with the vane pumps to a hydraulic apparatus 21 and returning of the same to a suction passage 8, and a pressure regulating valve 36 regulating the pressure of pilot fluid commonly led to the first and the second change-over valves 26A, 26B. The first and the second change over valve 26A, 26B includes a spool 42 moving according to pressure of the pilot fluid, and operate and change over in such a manner that only one of the first and the second vane pump 101, 102 supply working fluid to the hydraulic apparatus 21, that both of the vane pumps supply working fluid to the hydraulic apparatus 21 next, and that only another vane pump supplies working fluid to the hydraulic apparatus 21 next, as pressure of the pilot fluid rises.
