<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor finishing panel and an installation structure of a floor finishing panel which can prevent a base plate from becoming transparent from an interstice between joints by the constitution of a lithic plate itself. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The floor finishing panel 2 constructed on the frame floor surface 1 is provided with the base plate 3 and the lithic plate 4 stuck on the base plate 3. The side face A of the two adjacent sides of the lithic plate 4 is an inclined surface which is inclined so that it becomes closer to the plate center side of the floor finishing panel 2 from the lower position to the upper position. The side face B is an inclined surface 4b which is inclined by overhanging to the outside of the side at the same angle of inclination as the side face A so that the lower part of the side face B overlaps the side face A. The top of the side face B is an inclined surface 4a which is inclined so that it becomes closer to the plate center side of the floor finishing panel 2 from the lower position to the upper position.
