PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which can quickly and stably absorb and transpire a liquid. SOLUTION: The structure is, for example, a liquid-absorbing core 1 capable of absorbing and transpiring a liquid, and contains a fiber structure and particles. In the liquid-absorbing core 1, at least a part of the particles are present as aggregates adhered to the fiber structure. Thus, the liquid can quickly and stably be absorbed and transpired.
