PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier having a tilt hanger capable of inclining the hanger placed with a carrying object by a relatively small force when carrying the carrying object along a carrier rail. SOLUTION: The carrier 1 has a trolley 2 traveling along the carrier rail R, the hanger 4 installed in the trolley 2 and having a substantially circular arc-shaped rotation guide 4a and a support 4b for supporting the carrying object P, and a rotational driving machine 5 for rotating the hanger 4 with a circular arc central point of the rotation guide 4a as a rotational center C, and has the tilt hanger for arranging a position adjusting means 6 in the support 4b for making the center of gravity G of the carrying object P approximate to the rotational center C of the rotation guide 4a.
