PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer desired received data to a mobile terminal which transmits a transfer instruction. SOLUTION: A facsimile apparatus 1 has: a transfer instruction acquiring part 155 that receives a transfer instruction from a mobile terminal 2 during connection with an originating apparatus of telephone call; and a transfer data transmitting part 157 that transmits the data received from the originating apparatus during connection to the mobile terminal 2 which has transmitted the transfer instruction when the transfer instruction acquiring part 155 has received the transfer instruction. Accordingly, the data received at the facsimile apparatus 1 during connection with the originating apparatus can be transmitted to the mobile terminal 2 by the transfer instruction from the mobile terminal 2 under the connection.
