<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely apply a coiling tension without causing any relative slip by catching a band sheet on which an oil film remains by making fine convex parts on the surface of the band sheet bite into each slit portion by closely providing a number of the slits having a predetermined depth on the outside surface of the endless belt and simultaneously by making the band sheet on which the oil film remains absorb, performing the part of a vacuum pump by the whole of the number of slit portions of the endless belt which is brought into contact with the surface of the band sheet, generating negative pressure by making in to cavities by deforming by each slit portion where is closely and no-clearance are pulled with fine convex portion on the surface of the band sheets. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The number of notched slits 35 of the predetermined depth and providing closely which generate negative pressure by being made into the fine cavities by deformation by being bitten with the fine convex portions on the surface of each band sheet over the entire width of the belt in the width direction to the longitudinal direction of the endless belt and being pulled with the convex portions by providing at the predetermined intervals on the whole peripheral length of the endless belt are provided on the whole peripheral length at predetermined intervals on the outer surface 31a which comes into contact with each band sheet 4 of the endless belt 3 which is composed by laminating the outer surface layer 31a and an inner surface layer 33 by using at least two or more layers of the different kinds of the materials.
