<p>Disclosed is a method for introducing a gene into a cell, which is practically useful and can achieve a high introduction efficiency. Also disclosed is a composition for use in the method. A mixture of a composition containing a diallylamine-(sulfur dioxide) copolymer having a repeating structure represented by formula (1) or a salt thereof and a gene is contacted with a cell. In this manner, a gene such as DNA and RNA can be introduced into a target cell present at a specific site safely, conveniently, and with high gene introduction efficiency.</p> |
