PURPOSE: A method for using food waste is provided to produce alternative energy from the food waste through a simple sealed-storage process and to obtain gas by putting the food waste into empty space and sealing the space. CONSTITUTION: A method for using food waste obtain gas(4) after a certain period of time by storing the food waste(2) in a sealed space part(1). The space part in which the food waste is stored is a container, a bottle, a chamber, space of a rock layer, abandoned mine, and a caver. Anaerobic methane or anaerobic hydrogen zymogen(3) are put into the food waste to promote the generation of the gas. |
