PURPOSE: An RFID tag recognition apparatus, a method thereof, and a system thereof are provided to normally execute the inventory management by accurately recognizing a RFID tag which is attached to a product. CONSTITUTION: A patch antenna(530) radiates the electromagnetic field to a RFID(Radio Frequency ID) tag. A RFID reader receives a response signal from the RFID tag and recognizes the RFID tag. The patch antenna includes an antenna substrate(610) radiating a main and back lobe beam of the electric field, an absorber(620) absorbing the backlobe beam, and a reflector(630) reflecting the backlobe beam passing through the absorber to the absorber. The reflector is formed into a multiple structure in which a plurality of aluminum material substrates which has different size are combined.
