摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system formed by thermally coupling a fuel cell system and an air conditioning heat pump system and enhancing a collecting rate of generated water, in a technique for improving efficiency of cooling and heating by using in a heat exchanger the latent heat of the generated water included in oxidizer gas discharged from a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: When water in the charged oxidizer gas is made to pass through a fourth heat exchanger 44, the heat transfer face of the fourth heat exchanger 44 is polarized by electrostatic dielectric. Thus, electrostatic attraction is generated between the heat transfer face and water, and the water is attracted to the heat transfer face, so as to enhance the collecting rate of the generated water from the fuel cell 10 in the fourth heat exchanger 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
