<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode for achieving a lithium cell with large specific capacity, excellent in discharge characteristics capable of obtaining large current, and with little degradation. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive assistant is made by directly forming and coating all carbon on a particle surface of lithium metal oxide, and supplies to a cathode active material particle to form carbon for a lithium battery cathode, using a raw material for forming carbon as solution of an organic compound as well as inert gas or low reactive gas as carrier gas, by a chemical vapor deposition for directly forming and coating carbon on the lithium metal oxide particle as a cathode active material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
