PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help a user to acquire contents without prior registration for network use.

SOLUTION: The access device used by the user includes a first and a second network interfaces including, for example, an interface for public radio LAN and an interface for mobile phone communication. The second network interface for mobile phone communication is used to purchase contents, and the first network interface for pubic radio LAN and the second network interface are selectively used to acquire the contents, thereby the purchasing procedure of the contents and the acquisition procedure of the contents after purchase are executed.
