PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrostatic latent image developing toner that prevents the occurrence of offset without depending on the kinds of toner images and the kinds of the media to be recorded.

SOLUTION: The electrostatic latent image developing toner includes: core particles including a binder resin, a coloring agent and a releasing agent; and a shell layer containing a polyester resin obtained by polymerizing monomers including aromatic carboxylic acid having at least three carboxyl groups in one molecule and covering the core particles, and satisfies the conditions that, provided that titer required for changing the pH of a toner-dispersed liquid in which the electrostatic latent image developing toner is dispersed from 4.0 to 4.5 by alkali titration is defined as T1 and a titer required for changing the pH of the toner-dispersed liquid from 3.5 to 7.0 is defined as T2, T1/T2 satisfies 0.10 to 0.15.
