PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely maintain thickness of a thermoplastic composition layer of a peeling member to be predetermined one even when thermoplastic image forming material is repeatedly transferred by image removal. SOLUTION: The image removing device (10) includes a thickness control member (16) controlling the layer thickness of thermoplastic composition to be shifted to a surface of a cleaning member (13) to be the predetermined one.
