PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device where the occurrence of a gap between a frame seal and a blade rear seal can be suppressed and thus developer leakage can be suppressed. SOLUTION: A developing cartridge 61 includes: a lower frame 200 having a pair of opposed sidewalls and a bottom wall connecting the respective sidewalls; an upper frame 100 having a beam-like part 102 forming an opening 120 together with the respective sidewalls and the bottom wall; the frame seal 300 blocking the gap between each of the sidewalls (right sidewall 202) and the beam-like part 102; and the blade rear seal 400 blocking the gap between a layer thickness regulating blade and the beam-like part 102. The frame seal 300 includes an elastic layer and an adhesive base material (double-sided tape layer), and the elastic layer is brought into contact with the blade rear seal 400 by bending the end facing the blade rear seal 400 side, and also the adhesive base material (double-sided tape layer) is provided on a side of the bent part in contact with the lower frame 200.
