PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation method and navigation program capable of exhibiting high safety and sense of security by quickly presenting a rerouting course when deviating from a route. SOLUTION: When a rerouting information detection section 27 detects past rerouting start points existing within a radius of N-m from a user's home, a route from the start points to a destination is searched for in advance prior to out-of-route detection by an out-of-route detection section 24, assuming that the user has deviated from the route at the start points.
