PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a representative associated with a message to have access to the message even if a recipient of the message does not have access to the message. SOLUTION: In an IVR 40, an audio response portion 41 receives the message, and a speech recognition portion 42 carries out the speech recognition of the message and changes it into text. In a message management apparatus 50, a language analysis portion 57 specifies a loudspeaker and an issue of the message from the text, and a DB management portion 55 memorizes an association with the representative decided by the message, the loudspeaker and the issue. If the message is not opened after a fixed time duration, a dial-out portion 43 calls the representative in the IVR 40, and the audio response portion 41 receives a representative's voice. In a voice print authentication apparatus 60, an audio analysis portion 66 analyzes a voice feature. If a DB management portion 65 determines that the voice feature is similar to a template, the DB management portion 55 reads out the message and outputs the message to the representative in the message management apparatus 50.
