PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maneuvering property since a blind spot that does not appear in a display image in spite of capturing due to a camera may occur around a mobile in accordance with a place to install the camera and/or a shape of the mobile and there is risk that maneuvering property may be reduced by the blind spot. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of cameras C_1 to C_4 is arranged in a downward attitude on a side surface of a ship full and captures surroundings of the ship. A CPU 12p creates a whole-circumference bird's eye view image representing in an aerially viewed manner the surroundings of the ship, based on outputs of these cameras C_1 to C_4. Also, the CPU 12p transparently multiplexes a graphic image representing at least an extension of the aerially viewed ship, onto the whole-circumference bird's eye view image. Moreover, the CPU 12p non-transparently multiplexes a graphic image representing one portion of the aerially viewed ship, onto the whole-circumference bird's eye view image.
