<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in life of a sun gear and a planetary gear and leak of lubricating oil in a vehicular transmission including a sub-transmission by a planetary gear train. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the vehicular transmission in which a sun gear 24 of a sub-transmission using a planetary gear is fixed to the outer circumference of a main shaft 18 that is an output shaft of a main transmission, a bearing 42 is arranged between the outer circumference of the main shaft 18 extended through the sun gear 24 and the inner circumference of a planetary carrier 26. The axis crossing angle of the planetary carrier 26 to the main shaft 18 is regulated, whereby the meshing state between the sun gear 24 and the planetary gear 28 is held in a good condition to suppress the reduction of life by excessive meshing load. The concentricity of the main shaft 18 to the planetary carrier 26 is ensured, whereby a clearance is prevented from being formed in an oil seal 44 arranged between an output shaft 32 integrated to the planetary carrier 26 and a transmission case 36 to suppress the leak of lubricating oil.
