<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of an exhaust manifold capable of expanding flexibility of designing a fastening position of a bolt as well as capable of avoiding contact of a tool for attaching and detaching the bolt and branch pipe or change and addition and the like of a fastening position. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A bolt insertion hole 10 and a screw hole 13 are formed on an axis 10a having a predetermined angle θ1 for a plate thickness direction of a head flange 4 and a seat 11 having a bearing surface in a perpendicular direction for the axis 10a where a head part 16a of the bolt 16 takes the seat is formed at an opening peripheral part of the bolt insertion hole 10 of the head flange 4.
