<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch container which can be made in a bag shape easily at low cost and can prevent deformation such as blocking or folding or the like certainly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pouch is composed of outer packaging sheets 11, 12 and a gusset sheet 13 which is folded inward from the lower ends of both outer packaging sheets 11 12 to form a bottom gusset, wherein the perimeter part of the gusset sheet 13 is sealed by heat to the lower perimeters of the outer packaging sheets 11, 12 and outer edge parts and both side edges of the outer packaging sheets 11, 12 are sealed by heat to each other to form a bag shape. The outer packaging sheet 12 has an overhang part 12A overhung in a duplicated state to each other at the upper part and a spout forming part 14 is provided as including the overhang part 12A at the side edge upper part of one of the outer packaging sheets 11, 12 and the angle α between the inner edge of the sealing part of a lower tilting edge DSE forming the spout forming part 14 and the base end of the overhang part 12A is set to 30 to 60 degrees.
