PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate comprising a rubber layer and a fluororesin layer in which the rubber layer and the fluororesin layer can be adhered without using an adhesive or performing surface treatment on individual layers. SOLUTION: This laminate is obtained by laminating a rubber layer (A) formed of a rubber composition for vulcanization including unvulcanized rubber, an amine compound and an epoxy resin with a fluororesin layer (B) formed of a fluororesin having at least a kind of reactive functional group selected from the group consisting of a carbonyl group and a hydroxyl group on the side chain and/or at the terminal of the main chain.
