The arrangement has a drive shaft (1) and eccentric cam (2) fixedly connected with the drive shaft. A pump element has a stroke-movably supported working piston (4) that lies directly or indirectly at the eccentric cam. The pump element includes a spring (5) supplying compressive force to the working piston. The eccentric cam is shiftably supported along an axis (A) perpendicularly to a shaft longitudinal axis and surrounded by a radial cam element (8). The working piston transfers the compressive force that holds the eccentric cam in attachment with the radial cam element.
