PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing patelet rich plasma(PRP) is provided to obtain stable PRP by blocking contact of blood with the outside. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing patelet rich plasma comprises: a step of collecting blood from human or animal; a step of centrifuging blood and separating in blood corpuscle layer(110)/PRP layer(130)/PPP(platelet-poor plasma) layer; a step of separating blood corpuscle layer/PRP layer/PPP layer between filters; and a step of removing exposed PPP component and transferring only PRP component through a Luer-Lok adopter(300) to the other container. |
