PURPOSE: A data storage method, a data storage device, and a system thereof are provided to prevent the loss of data due to detects of a non-volatile memory, thereby improving the reliability of stored data. CONSTITUTION: A hard disk drive(120) includes an alternate block which replaces a detective block of a non-volatile memory(110). A controller(130) receives an access command for accessing a specific memory block of the non-volatile memory. The controller interprets the received access command. Based on the interpret result, data included in the access command is transmitted to the alternate block of the hard disk drive. In a defect table, information of the detective block and the alternate block is recorded.
