Lamella for retrofitting on and monitoring structures and method for its manufacture and application

The lamella (1) has a fiber optic sensor (2) with integrated fiber Bragg gratings, and individually nitrogenized on a high strength load-carrying textile structure. The sensor is nitrogenized such that the structure runs towards force lines for detection of tension, compression and shear forces and transverse to force lines for temperature compensation. A textile carrier material consists of woven, braided, knitted or load-carrying strands of high tensile fibers such as glass, carbon, aramide and/or basalt. Start (3) and end (3') of the fibers are arranged side by side on a textile surface. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a lamella.
