<p>The device has a projectile blocking composite (2), and an energy storage (3) i.e. battery, integrated with the projectile blocking composite for supplying electricity. The energy storage is integrated with the composite in such a manner that the energy storage is arranged at a side of the composite when the device is correctly carried and the side is turned towards a body. The projectile-blocking composite is formed as a soft-ballistic with a set of layers (5) of fabrics, where the layers are connected with each other. The protection device is made of a textile material e.g. fabric such as aramid.</p> |
