PURPOSE: A method of salted shrimp containing bamboo salt is provided to minimize bitter taste and astringent taste of the salted shrimp by removing components in bay salt and other impurities by mixing bamboo salt with the shrimps. CONSTITUTION: A method of salted shrimp containing bamboo salt comprises a step for mixing shrimps and bamboo salt with a proper rate and a step for the mixed shrimps and the bamboo salt in a specific temperature. The mixed ratio of the shrimp is 50~70%. The salt and the bamboo salt are included in the salted shrimp with a specific ratio respectively.
