PURPOSE: A method and a system thereof are provided to easily save and manage text messages by gathering, queuing, reprocessing, and transmitting the text messages according to a phone number and time. CONSTITUTION: A computer software(20) extracts text message data from a previous mobile communications terminal(10) and transmits the data to a server(30). The server collects the text messages according to a receiving and sending telephone number, aligns the messages according to receiving and sending time, merges the messages, and requests the transmission of the merged messages to a MMSC(Multimedia Message Service Center)(40). The MMSC transmits the text messages to a new mobile communications terminal(50).
